An obstruction in the road left all traffic queuing across the M4 Prince of Wales Bridge this evening. Motorists were stopped in the westbound direction between junctions 22 and 23 on the motorway.
According to National Highways, the obstruction was a broken down vehicle. Traffic has been stopped in the road works area, which is adding to delays and congestion.
