Donald Trump "upset" Queen Elizabeth II, who "believed" a conspiracy theory about his marriage to Melania, a book has claimed.
The US president-elect and the incoming First Lady met the late British monarch in 2018 and 2019 and although Trump was complimentary about his encounter with the head of state, it is alleged the sentiment wasn't returned.
