Prince Harry has seemingly gotten a neck tattoo from country music star Jelly Roll.
In the hilarious video we see the Duke of Sussex seated in a chair at a tattoo parlour when American singer and rapper Jelly Roll comes in.
He greets Prince Harry before saying: "Hey, hey! Tattoos! Speaking of! What's up! I'm such a fan, dude."
