US presidential candidate Donald Trump has said he hopes his wife, Melania, wrote ‘good things’ about him in her forthcoming memoir, which is set to be published in September. At a campaign rally in Uniondale, New York, Trump encouraged the audience to ‘go out and buy the book’.
