As a Dover resident, I am increasingly alarmed by our city’s rapid transformation. There has been a relentless stream of new housing developments, such as the 800-unit development on Littleworth Road, the 58-unit project at the former Asia Restaurant, 78 units at McIntosh Commons, and over 200 units at the waterfront. These and other projects add nearly 1,500 new housing units, continuing the trend of the fastest-growing city in the state.
