The iconic Sydney Opera House was lit up in honour of King Charles and Queen Camilla’s arrival in Australia today, with the sails showcasing a four-minute montage of images from previous royal visits.
The impressive light display was scheduled to start at 8pm on Friday, but was delayed by several minutes.
The mishap was caused by Queen Elizabeth – a Cunard Line cruise ship – and the deluge of rain, according to a royal commentator.
