Artificial intelligence (AI) may help to determine prostate cancer extent more accurately when compared with conventional means, recent study findings suggest.
The findings, which were published in the Journal of Urology, found that a tumor’s MRI appearance with AI assistance could detect the true extent of the disease and eliminate a major problem of so-called “MRI invisible” tumors.
